A light is out

Most of the time it's the outdoor outlet, not the light. Find the outdoor (GFCI) outlet the system plugs into and press the little RESET button. If one single bulb is dark, give it a gentle push to make sure it's seated.

Alexa says "device not responding"

Unplug the system's power at the outlet, wait 60 seconds, and plug it back in. It reconnects on its own in a minute or two. Still stuck? Your home Wi-Fi may be rebooting — give it five minutes, then text us.

A light got bumped or aims the wrong way

Fixtures can be gently re-aimed by hand — small moves. If a stake feels loose in the ground, leave it and text us a photo; we'll set it right on the next visit.

Mowing or trimming day

Mow right over the wire runs — they're buried. Just ask the crew to keep string trimmers a hand's width away from the light stakes, which is where nicks happen.
